The is my new S&W M&P 327 Scandium Aluminum .357 Magnum 8 Shot revolver. Recoil was not as bad as I thought it would be, and the gun shoot great in SA/DA.

I have a 627-5PC. I prefer the stainless. Don't mind the weight. Terrific gun. If you prefer the alloy frame, that is great too.

I'm tickled pink with my 5", 8 shot, 357 PC.  It can sure shoot better than my 64 year old eyes can see!

Tom C. I like stainless too. But I can't say witch is better, that's personal. The lighter gun is obviously easier to carry but not a whole lot easier. I have a SS Taurus 608 4" too. But I am hopefully getting a 627 V-comp soon.

Other than the heavier gun takes up recoil better, my lighter 327 isn't all that bad. Watch my video again, and watch how the muzzle hardly rises.
