Went CZ shopping

Traded in some stuff on TWO new CZs yesterday.  Got another 550 Safari, this one in .458 Win to match my .375HH.  Also found one of the CZ USA Model 3s in .300 WSM.  Beautiful guns.  Heartbreaker is that I found one of the Model 3s in a pawn shop NEW for about $500 and waited a day too long.  Found another one for $800 and got it because its still worth it.

I'm a proponent of buying USA made products, but I will make an exception for CZ.  Wonderful product.

Now to start looking at those 527s...

Getting ready to install a 17 Javelina barrel on one real soon...

Some I have the rigger guard reworked so the metal around the clip is gone cleaning up the appearance of it some. the clip can be cut down to hold two rounds and makes for a great looking setup....

Use to be most came with wood touching hard on one side of the barrel but the last couple I have are factory floated...

The set trigger is really nice but on one I did away with the set part of the trigger and have it adjusted just under 2 lbs.

I have some 452s but never been around the 550s... maybe someday....

I used to have one of the 527s in .223, I believe it was the "American".  Had a great time dinging rocks from the top of the mesa in NM.  40gr HP rounds really did a number on prairie dogs, but it got traded for something else once upon a time.  Can't recall what it was I got for it though, hmmm...

Really do like that trigger setup.
