Tikka T3 Hunter .308 downsides?

I'm looking at alot of guns and getting ready to buy one here in the next month or so.  I fondled a Tikka at Gander Mtn the other day, and I gotta say, it just feels right.  I've heard all the glowing "dollar for dollar" arguments, and while I am on a budget, I'm a little more able go above and beyond that agument.

My question is this:

What are the downsides?

So far I have:

Made in finland(I'm a made in USA fan)
Weight(a little lite for .308, I like a rifle to be +/- 8 lbs)
Plastic detachable magazine

Everything else seems to be real positive.  Wondering what the overall impression was of negatives of the rifle?

I have three of them a 22-250 sporter a 223 heavy barrel and a ss 7mm08 and let me tell you these are the most accurate rifles out of the box I have ever owned. The 22-250 and 223 will shoot just about one hole groups at 100yards if I do my part and the 22-250 is a sporter barrel. Yes they have a plastic stock and mag but look at what is out there. I own brownings, remingtons, wetherby, tc, and a ruger or two. Other than my encore and browning I love these guns for the money and they come with a pair of rings. I would put mine up against any remington out of the box. If need any help let me know just my 2cents

I have the 308 Lite version. It is a lightweight rifle, pros and cons on that but, I put a limbsaver recoil pad on mine and it is easy to shoot. Plastic magazine, well I think that is an advantage to be honest. It is a solid magazine which doesn't rust and is quiet when hunting.  Ever tried hunting with an AR15? everything rattles at the slightest movement. If I was buying another Tikka, I'd go with the Varmint version with heavy barrel. All my heavy barrel rifles shoot better but they are also heavier to carry.
