I was just wondering if anyone had a accurate load for encore 24 inch factory T/C
stainless 308 barrel: powder charge, bullet type, bullet weight, primer
ext. at least 1 inch moa or better

Well, my 15" really likes 150 grain Nosler SBTs over IMR 4064. It also shoots 150 grain Hornady SSTs over Benchmark into nice little groups, I just didn't like their performance on game. I'm using standard Winchester large rifle primers.

I don't have a encore barrel in 308 but I have one made on a mauser bolt action and it shoots the Speer GrandSlam 160 grains real good. I shot a six pointer last year with this rifle and load and it worked great, it was about a 80 to 100 yd shot and the deer only ran about 30 yards and it was stumbling the whole way before it fell over :roll: .
