anybody ever use CCI shotshells

I see that CCI makes 44, 45, 38, 22 caliber shotshells...Has anyone ever used them in a Handi?  Specifically in the 357?  Just thinking about how this 357 is just about perfect as a single rifle for me.  The 30/30 might have been a slightly better choice for range, but not really for store-bought ammo versatility.

In a rifle I would think that the pattern effect would be like a doughnut.Not good.

I have used the .22 and .38.  They perform better out of a pistol than a rifle.

I made some for my 45-70 once and at 10yds NONE of the pellets hit paper. :o  NONE!  Same distance with 38 cal shotshells from a 4" barreled Ruger, and I could have killed a rabbit or quail easily.

Wow, everyone seems to be telling me the same thing about the shells not working well in rifles.  Two guys at work had the same opinion using 44's in microgroove and 357 in regular rifling. 

Thanks, looks like I will just move on.

Maybe a better choice would be to pick up a 410 barrel to go with the 357 barrel .
