The cannon was easy to assemble, Dominick. No problems. I put it together while I grilled some chicken for supper. Mmmmmm.
I took the packaging pics while it was still sunny. It was very well packed. What kind of paint is on it? The barrel looks like a nuclear sub!

I would put up more pics, but I didn't get to snap any until after supper. The flash doesn't do justice to flat black paint. Cat Whisperer, this is my biggest bore piece, by far! Next closest is a 12 gauge. I'm very pleased with the size of the cannon. This is my first, but I figured I would go ahead and get a big enough one to rattle the windows and, yet, not be a hassle to move and store. I'm sure there may come a day when I feel like being hassled, though.
It is a 1/3 scale golf ball bore cannon with a 24" barrel and 20" wheels. It has a .22 cal. caplock ignition. It's not perfectly traditional looking, being all metal, but I like the modernness of the whole thing. It is what I was looking for. Dominick Carpenter made it, and I will thank him here for putting out a great product. Everything looks strong and professionally done.
Excuse the weeds and uncut grass. We're in a severe drought and I have had severe allergies. I've put off the mowing lately. It's getting cut tomorrow and more pics will be taken in the grass.

It might be a week or so before any fire and smoke happens. Got a lot of things going on. Can't wait!
haha! Sorry about taking so long to post. That chicken was good! We baste it with mayo mixed with lemon juice and black pepper. If it makes you feel any better--I only ate one peice because i was so excited!
