Remove Striping

I bought an Department of Highways truck for a work truck .
Need to know how to remove the striping.

Dunno what kind of striping you're dealing with, but if it's 3M, here's their instructions.

possibly a plastic razor. Dont use the steel razor lol. I think ive seen some kind of liquid  that you rub on and it softens it up and then you use the razor and  slowly remove it. Maybe try rubbing alcohol?

You can use a hair dryer  to soften up the striping and then peel it off while it's still warm. I peeled some stickers off of a '96 model Tracker with zero problems using the dryer. MI VHNTR

Hair dryer worked fine. used wd 40 to remove glue.
