CZ 452 LUXLH

 I just saw this advertised in Guns & Ammo. It looks like a very nice .22, but has a 28.6" barrel. Most .22 ammo reaches to velocity at 18". This has 10 " of velocity-robbing, handling-compromising barrel. Wonder why they did this? ???

I don't know. That does seem a little long. I have a 452 American that is left handed. It has 22 1/2" barrel, which is about average for the blot action .22s I have seen. My old Savage Mark II has a 21" barrel.
