What do you guys think of a Cooper single shot other than expensive?   Buckfever

They are pretty, nice rifles.  All that I have seen in person have had really nice wood on them.

I've got a model 21 in 223 AI that I think is really sweet.  The bolt is silky smooth, the trigger is crisp, the wood is nice, and it shoots like a dream.  As far as being expensive, when you compare them to other high-end guns like a Sako or a 40X, they're actually a bargain.

I consider Cooper rifles in the same class as Kimber.  Coopers are excellent rifles and of very high quality and fit and finish.  Yes, they are expensive, but if you consider what you are getting, for what you are paying, they could be viewed as less expensive overall than, say, a Remington, Ruger, Winchester, etc.
