12 ga slug barrel scope mounts?

I just purchased a new 12 gauge slug barrel.  I removed the sights to install a weaver (410) base holes do line up but base is to far down the barrel.  Three inches closer to the receiver is a set of holes with blind screws installed is their a special base for this?  Help!!!

Hi Mike,
I have the 12 ga. turkey barrel and I put a red dot on it. I used Thompson/Center #9899 scope base. This is a blue base. You can also use # 9807 which is silver. I believe these will fit any Encore barrel.
