Hello, Just wondering what your thoughts are on a benelli super nova 12 gauge shotgun, I just bought one as my first pump shotgun, I haven't got a chance to shoot it yet. Anyone on here have any experience with this gun?

The nova is a nice product. I'm not crazy about the looks but gun it tough and reasonably well made. If browning ever went out of business I'd probably recommend the nova for hardcore waterfowlers. I bet you'll like it.

I bought a NOVA last year for turkey. It was cheaper and offered more the a comparable Rem 870 turkey gun which is what I orginally had my mind set on. I like the NOVA alot throws a great pattern. It's a bit heavy but that extra weight is appreciated when shootings 3 1/2" mags. The fore end is a little sloppy, but there is a way to take the slop out. I did and that problem was solved. I have taken a few birds with it since last year. You may have already bought one, by the time I came across your post.
