The Newer Friendlier Beretta Customer Service!
« on: May 16, 2003, 01:02:00 PM »
I called a Beretta Showcase dealer in Dallas, Tx today looking for an extra magazine for my Tikka Whitetail Hunter. Notta, he said. I said Beretta needs to work harder on their Customer Service and was told last fall a new person came in and "cleaned house" in customer service. They (Beretta) are working towards being more customer oriented. They (Beretta) are supposed to be getting more involved in customer support on parts and accessories (Sako/Tikka). The new T-3 LITE's are still showing up, slow. Jest we sit and wait, Hope for better!

The Tikka Master Continental Varmit 223/22-250/308 is still being manufactured. The dealer had 3 in 223 and a couple of 22-250's.
Still wood, no laminate or synthetics yet.

Remington makes both. As a matter of fact the last time I was in my local dealer's shop he had BOTH on the shelf and to top it off they both that the gray laminated stocks I have such a weakness for. Needless to say the .223 came home with me.
