Not that i know of , up till this year the only 45colt barrel thet you could get was a 45LC / 410 barrel with a 3" chamber with a rifled choke tube , not a good combo ,  ??? now that the 45LC carbines are coming out i'm sure someone will try to do one .

If i need that much i just grab the 45/70 and be done with it .  ;)

the reason for the .454 is indiana  now allows the use of riflrs with hand gun rounds.  but the handgun round had to be originally for a handgun . no 45-70/ 30/30 and .so on. makes no sence to me but im not in office

yes they do allow rifle round in a handgun as long as the case is long enough  and the bullet is  243  are bigger. contenders are used all the time  but would like a handi in 454. i think it would be a great deer round  i never get shots much over 100yards mostly around 35yards

Notice they list 45 Colt and 45 Long Colt separately as if they were different cartridges?  Looks as if shooters weren't much involved with the writing of that bit of legislation.  Oddly enough, they list 35 Remington, and that was originally a levergun cartridge if I'm not mistaken.
