Stock won't tighten up all way

I took the pistol grip and 44 barrel off of my frame last week and reinstalled my stock(syn) and 25/06 barrel. When I went to the range it was shooting all over the place with its favorite loads. As I was putting it back in the case I noticed that there was play in the stock. It was wobbling side to side. When I got home ,I got my allen wrench and verified that I'd gotten the bolt tight. Do ya'll think TC will look at this? Can ya verify that I've got it together right? I've got the black washer on the bolt against the stock,with the lock washer on to lock the bolt head.

It's almost like the front of my stock spread out where it goes around the back and sides of the frame. I reinstalled the pistol grip and it's not wobbly.

Try adding another flat washer under the lock washer and see if that helps.

I always put a washer between the stock and frame to keep form cracking and crushing the wood or Synth, R

ALSO, check the length, some take long some take short, nearly impossible to put a short bolt in and grab but the otherway is easy....
