Encore .454 in 10' barrel?

Wondering if anyone has shot the .454 Casull through a 10' Encore barrel. I was thinking about getting one and wondered how accurate they shot and whether or not it kicks like a mule?

No, it's a 10 inch blued .454/.45LC barrel. I had no idea T/C even made a 10' encore barrel until I found this one.

I have a 12" and the recoil is harsh with full power loads.

I wish I could have found a 15" barrel instead of the my 12"

Are you sure its a factory barrel ?  Not a custom, or rechamber ?  I'm not sure I ever heard of a 10 inch encore barrel.  I would hope someone didn't rechamber a Contender barrel to 454 ! Good Luck....I would think it will be a handful to hold on to .

The first year the encore came out barrel lengths were 10" and 15". The 12" came later.

Could you shoot a .410 in a .454 ?   Seems to me I've seen where they shoot .410's in .45 barrels.  Unless they're chambered special ??

No, You can not shoot the 410 out of a 454 the chambers are not designed for it,
the only barrel you can shoot a 410 out of is the 45 Colt (long Colt)/ 410 barrels, they are designed to take the much longer 410 and work with (only) 45 Colt
