209x50 15" twist rate

Does anyone know what the twist rate of a factory encore 209x50 15" barrel is. I was going to order a traditional type muzzleloader pistol, but my state hunting regs say it has to be a 10" or longer barrel shooting connicals or sabots no PB, so I guess I will just order a 209x50 for my encore.

Just received my 15" 209x50 SS ML barrel last Friday from Fox Ridge.  It took only 6 weeks to get mine on the custom order.  Nice barrel.  They take a 26" barrel and cut it down then crown it.  Has the same twist rate as the 26" barrel - 1:28.  Can't wait until the snow melts at my range to give her a try.  Don't forget to order the ML forend for it.  Fox Ridge is the only place I found to get the ML forend for the 209x50 pistol barrel.  They also sent the ML DVD with the barrel, they sell this separate for $8.00.  You also get the long 50 cal jag and a breech plug wrench.

Ed's has the same setup with forend, ram rod, jag breechplug for 309 shipped and he has them in stock right now. I was going to order one but I  just today came acrossed a used ifle 209x50 barrel for cheap and its in great shape and its local. I'm going to have it cut down.
