Guys with a .338 Fed. Question
« on: February 10, 2007, 11:33:15 AM »
 Hey There

Got an interest in one of these,it's down to a Big Boar or a lite/stainless in .338 Fed.
My question is are you reloading for it or buy over the counter stuff. And if your reloading are you just resizing .308 case's or what?

I just purchase the factory ammo, but yes the price keeps going up. I have been saving all my 338 Federal brass so I can reload at a later time. I have noticed the new Fusion 338Fed for $19 to $20 range so that is what I'll be trying next. I use the Fusion 308 in the 150 grain with great results so I am hopeful for the new 200grain 338Federal will perform favorably.
