I snapped two of the CZ scope ring screws, and did so with very little torque. I couldn't find a match to replace them, so I e-mailed Michael and asked for the thread size or where I could purchase more screws to mount my scope. 4 days later, I get a padded envelope in the mail from Kansas City. Low and behold, there are 3 new screws in it! Thanks a bunch Michael...you rock!
I wish other companies and manufacturer's would try harder to please they're customer's. I'm still waiting to hear back about some Weaver adapter's I purchased 5 days ago. Being as this person is one state away, I'd have thought they would be here by now..Not only are they not here yet, but he won't even reply to my e-mails. In my mind, that kind of stuff is unacceptable. Unfortunately, stuff like this happens all too often. It makes me appreciate those 3 little screws, that much more. CZ USA just won me over. I was going to buy my son a new rifle and had not yet decided what manufacturer I would go with....well it will be a CZ now, provided they have the proper caliber he needs.
