The local Gander Mountain has a pair- $519 + tax. A couple of weeks ago they were $499, so I guess there's been a price increase. I think if you go to gunsamerica.com you'll see a bunch...all well under $600.

www.budsgunshop.com
has them in stock for $515.91.
When I used them last, they had reasonable and quick shipping to my dealer.
Would buy from them again.

Hmmm, I was able to get one NIB for $375 at a show about a year ago. Looks like a great deal now!

If I'm not mistaking I believe there was a price hike in January. If you log on to whittakerguns.com you can see the company sells them for $508.99 per copy in the American style. Then you have to pay shipping and handling, plus find someone with an FFL in your neck of the woods to receive the rifle from Whittakers and do the transfer deal. That should put you out the door for less than $558.99. Good luck ... Tom P

I was going to suggest Buds Gun Shop but someone beat me to it. The 527 hornet is next on my list too.
