redding cs

i needed a spring for my ram.called redding spoke to a nice lady who transfered me to
a tech.i was never put on hold.tech asked what i needed said no problem.will put in mail
today.asked if there was any thing else he could do.had my part in 1 week.nice to
talk to real people and not be put on hold especially on a cell phone.very pleased with
redding cs

 I had  the same thing happen when I called, Replaced deprimer stem, No charge.

I got one of the old (real old) Redding bank dial powder measures at a swap meet. Called Redding for an instruction sheet, the guy laughed and said it would take some digging around to find a copy. Got a zerox in the mail in 3 or 4 days.
If they'll help you on a tool they haven't made for 30 years, They're helpful!

The folks at Redding are always helpful whenever I call...They have some of the best folks willing to go out of their way to make sure you get your moneys worth on their product...and will make sure you have it set up properly..before you get off the phone with them...
