new barrel for old 16ga

This year was my first deer hunting and I shot three deer with my smooth bore 16ga. I have a Westernfield M550B which is a Mossberg 500B. This is a pretty old gun, would a new Mossberg 500 slug barrel fit on this gun? If so do they make Mossberg 500 slug barrels in 16ga and where might I find one?

i talked to mossberg about the same thing and they told me they donot make barrels any more they may know but he told me find a old barrel and see if u can turn it in to a slug barrel try there web site they shouls be able to help u better
