you will have to experiment with your .270 Win' barrel just like we have to with every other barrel. each rifle/barrel is a law unto itself.
that being said, why not look at some propellant mfr's websites to see what loads they suggest. historically the use of H-4831 is well-documented by Jack O'Connor for .270 usage. so, too, is the use of H-4350 or IMR-4350. BUT: those powders having the same number from different mfr's are not necessarily the same: IMR-4831 is faster than H-4831.
i get good results from Hornady bullets accuracy-wise. i like Win's WLR primers in Remington brass with my loads.
you will have to do some experimentation, however, to see if your rifle agrees with mine.
