Handi in 45 Colt??

Hey Guys,

Is the Handi available in .45 Colt?   Does someone in the aftermarket make a .45 Colt barrel?  I shoot the 45 in my Ruger revolver and have always thought it would make a nice little carbine to hunt whitetail in the laurel and rhododendron thickets of northeast West Virginia!

Thoughts from the Grey Bearded Wise here ??

Only in the 45colt/.410 so far, but the 45Colt Carbine will be available in another month or 2.

There is a new 45lc gun comeing out soon.
there were some posts on it not to long ago
or you can got to h&r1871.com and look at it.
It's got the buffalow classic styling.
looks nice but will cost more than regular nef.
We can't wait for the barrel by it self.

Looks like I picked the right time to seriously persue this addition to the rifle rack!!
