 Hey YB
I use the Burris set up like Whitedog,on my 7mm-08 I used the Millett set up it's almost the same as Burris.  I've done a number of Tikkas like this for different folks for a couple of years now, varmint rigs all the way up to the big mags with no problems. So Far. ;D

I'm going with the Tikka Optilocks on my T3 with the extra low rings for now as I've had good results from Optilocks in the past. Pricey, but it's good quality bases and rings.

I just purchased a  Sako M75 from Accuflite Arms.  I'm setting it up with a 3X9X40 Conquest and X-Low Optilock ringmounts. I like a low mount and this setup may be acceptable.  I wish Sako still made the ringmounts with the large knurled knobs and the 4 slotted screws in each ring... they seem to be lower than the Optilocks.  I also have a Tikka M695 without any mounts right now.  Looking at the Talley LW ringmount or the Leupold 2 piece standard with their super low rings.

I'm using the Millet Angle-Loc rings on mine and really like them.  They're windage adjustable and are a little bit tricky to get installed and adjusted, but once tight, mine have held up good for two years and haven't moved at all.  I like 'em.
