T3 in a 25-06

I just wish they made this caliber in a 24" barrel.  Save some velocity and reduce muzzle blast, or am I just reading too many gun magazines?   Buckfever

if i was in the market for a 25-06 Tikka, the 22" barrel wouldn't be a concern. i think the issue would be so small, that as a deer hunter myself, you would never notice.

I'm very happy with my Tikka in .25-06.  I'm sure there is some velocity loss with the shorter barrel but the accuracy has been excellent.

I have a t-3 in a 25-06. The deer haven't noticed any difference in the barrel.
