223 load info

im going to load some nosler 40 grain molly coated rounds , does anyone have a good load for these?

 If it's a Nos BT, try Varget...start @ 25.2 gr and work up to 28.0gr, 2.280 OAL, press. 47,200 cup, 3,674 fps

give accurate 2230 a try also. it seems to like the 40grain noslers.
