Accept for the bolt handle(which looks similar to a Old Sauer) it may be a CZ. I remember them offering a rifle that had an extended box magazine.

huntswithdogs  it is a russan toz-122-11 in .308 ,i have shot one and the one i shot was a tack driver,
a very well made rifle.i thought it mite be taken as a cz or similar .
