What is a good price on a......

I was at a local gunshop today and they had a brand new .243 Ultra rifle with a 3-9 bushnell scope for $249.99 , do you all think I should buy it or not , is this a good price?

I just bought a 25-06 ultra for $239 without a scope. They had the shorter barrel ultras on hand for $219 so I guess with scope that is an acceptable price.

Here in Okla a new handi goes for 245 thats bare rifle no scope rings or scope so i say yes thats a good price go for it

Since pricing on all guns very greatly from area to area, I think only you can answer the question. Spend some time looking around there and comparing prices on similier items. Just as I could not expect you to be able to tell me what a good price on a certain rifle would be up here in Montana. And this is not just for used guns. Even new rifles will be discounted by local merchants differently from area to area.

Mama just got me a standard handi in 22-250 for 209+tax so prices do vary from place to place but 249 with scope is not bad .
