Gerber LMF
« on: December 25, 2006, 09:04:45 AM »
About ten years ago, I had a Gerber LMF knife. It was the best knife I`ve ever owened. (it got "lost") I`ve tried to find one ever since. Gerber quit making them. They started making a LMF a couple of years ago, but it is junk. Does anyone have one of the ones that they would like to sell? (or know where I might find one?) Thanks

I have a Gerber LMF in a drawer right now.  It's not my favorite large knive.  I have several TOPS knives that get more use these days.  The LMF does not have the saw tooth top edge.  It is in good condition with some use a alot of sharpening markes on the blade.  Dang hard knife for me to sharpen but once I got a good edge on it has stayed that way. I might??? be interesed in a sell or trade?  For sale I would ask $100 plus $10 for priority mail and insurance.  That would be a very firm price.  For trade I'm into traditional archery, knives, rimfires.  I am kinda looking for a NEF Pardner or H&R Topper in 20gauge but still a little undecided.

I am new to the forum but do spend some time over on the Hoodlums fourm and several traditional archery sites.   I don't know if you can PM through this forum?  If not post a message with contact and I'll contact you to see if we can work some thing out.

Gee maybe I should do a little more research??   But yea know I would probabley still let it go for a brand new in the box HR/NEF Topper 20guage with modified choke.
Sell for more maybe, trade and barter is fine with me too!
