Went out with my neighborr sunday brought in 15 nice catfish ,and introduced him to catfishin

catfish , we fry them down here , as for me i've found letting the fish soak in water till room temperature then rolling them in corn meal gives me the best results as far as taste etc. if you don't like river cat soak it in a lil apple cider vinegar n water it takes the wild taste out. it also does same for deer meat. i'd bag up my breading mix n sell it but aunt jemima already does , lol
