Get ready for some sort of " trigger locks " . It want take long for them to make changes. :(
When you see people looking for a " Smith ", They always want one without a " lock ".

The other big question, will T/C products fall under the agreement S&W signed with HUD some years back?

The link you posted shows that even S&W no longer falls under the HUD agreement.  So, no worries from there.

No need to start speculating on what's going to happen, S&W will probably take over and still let the T/C plant run like it has.
The lock issue is a lame argument as well as the agreement S&W signed with HUD some years back.

I buy S&W weather it has a lock or not.
