This is the time of the year when we are reminded to give thanks to those who have touched our lives throughout the year and to reflect upon our lives as we enter a new year.
The folks here at Graybeards produce a web site where all can come and be entertained, enlightened and educated. Anyone who has visited any web site for any amount of time quickly learns that operating one must be demanding and requires a great deal of time, patience and dedication. There needs to be a delicate balance of keeping the site on the proper path without discouraging members and encouraging others to particlipate and share what they know with others.
The Administartors and Moderators here at Graybeards do a fantastic job of tip-toeing the diplomatic fine line. The results of their efforts are a web site where everyone, adults and young folks alike, can read, enjoy and participate but, most importantly share together. The information that parents and their children take from this site and the enthusiasm they gain from reading about others experiance continues into the field. It would not be a stretch to say that Graybeards contributes to an increased quality of life bewteen a parent and a child.
I wish to thank the Administrators for offering a web site where all can come and feel free to contribute without being chastised for any lack of knowldge, personal views and opinions. To the Moderators who devote their time to provide guidance and assistance and for monitoring the website to ensure that it doesn't take the dark path at the fork in the road. Finally, to every member who has contributed, responded and taken it upon themselves to finance projects and share the results so that we can all learn.
