  Couild it be that CZ is an East European firm manufacturing firearms for the world market and the round you mentioned is primarily a N. American round ?

I don't think thats a strong reason....
CZ specifically makes guns for the USA public, example, look at the safari "american" magnum, with the non-euro stock....

Write to them, and let them know how you feel about this subject.  I don't know if they would respond favorably or not, but I beleive it would be in their interest to do so.

If they hear from enough of us American shooters/hunters, maybe they will take heed.
