38/55 loads

dI finaly got my hands on some 38/55 brass. Need some load data. Any of you handi shooter out there have a favorite load. I will be loading 245 gr cast. Shooting it in a H and R target model.  thanks  coldmold

If you have some time, do yourself a favor and browse thru JPH45's and Cheatermk3's posts, they have extensive experience with the loading peculiarities of the .38-55. It may take a while for the forum software to roundup their posts the way it's been running. :(

Coldmold - I used the info on this site to fine tune my 38/55. The info is the best and I was able to get mine shooting well after trying the info given on this site. JHP45 has alot of the answers and info needed. Good luck
