Burris Dual Dove Tail Base cut too deep?

Hellow everyone,

  I just recieved dual dove tail bases and rings, by burris, from Midway, the front ring twisted into the base with quite a bit of torque but the rear twisted in with just a slight finger twist.  I don't percieve any play in the ring but it feels to have twisted in with too little effort.  Is the rear ring supposed to twist in that easily?  I don't know if I should mount the scope or not. I tried switching the rings but the other twisted in just as easily.

No its not suppose to twist in easy. Must be a defect in it. Call Midway they may send you another set.
