I just got done shooting my new 12fv 22-250. I bought a simmions whitetail classic 6.5-20x50 for it, but it would not fit with the rings I order, so I trade my dad for his Bushnell banner 6-18x50. Any ways the 40gr reloads were ok, just over 1" but that is while I was breaking in the barrel too, the 55gr loads are killer the firts set were just under 1" but the are in a string from side to side, could have just been me. The next set, (1gr higher) I could cover them with a penny, 1 flyer just out side 1 1/2". These were 5 shot groups and I think the more rounds I put down her the better she should get. I'll post some pics later.
