Price check?

I went to me local pawn shop to see if he had any NEF/H&R's he didn't but he said he would order one in if I wanted him to, so he look up the price of a H&R ultra varminter 22-250 fluted barrel choate stock, he gave me a price of $332 out the door I was wondering if that is a good price or not.

I don't know where you are, but my local place sells them for $279.  I was looking and debating last week.   Haven't done it yet, but thinking about it.

I justed checked wallmart and it would be $302 out the door problem is there suppler shows there out of stock.

No one around central kansas has them in stock, not even Gander or sportsmen warehouse, me lgs said he would order it out the door would be $325 I think thats the best I can do.

tell sportsmans warehouse to order it for you, i believe they are 285 if i remember right ( i asked about a month ago so not real sure) but they will order it for you and they have told me thy can get them faster than anyone else. could just be trying to sell guns or they really can. but anything else i have dealt with them on has been better than anywhere else, so i would try them.  im from wichita who is your lgs??  just curious, been lookin for a good one.

joshco84, I'm and hour north of you in lindsborg my lgs is smoky valley shooting sports. The problem with having SW ordering it thats gas mailage to drive there and back to save $20 I dont think its worth the drive.
