I saw a load for the beartooth 525gr fngc using 52.5Gr H4895 in a Marlin 1895 has anybody tried this load? the load data stated that it had a 1830 fps out of a 22" barrel.

I've shot them in my .45-120 BC at 1800fps with H4895, but I think you may have a problem with the short throated .45-70 Handi or BC, I had to throat all three of mine to use the bigger bullets.

Thanks for the info, after looking at the throat it looks like there might be a problem it's going to be tight.
