I see the chinese are making a copy of the Browning semi-auto .22 rifle . Selling it for under $200.00.  Wonder how good it is?

They have been selling them for a long time now---still remember Service Merchandise selling them for $99 when they first came out with them years ago.

As to the quality of the rifle ---I have no clue---almost bought one back then--but never did---the only thing I really remember about them is the wood was MUCH cheaper than on a regular Browning.

i bought one cheap at a gunshow, used. it shot VERY well. sold it to my dad as a gift for my stepmom. it is small and light and so is she, so it was a good match. lol

we used a guide for the browning, to take it down and clean it...so they are damn close in the way they are made.

nice gun. just didn't have the shine and polish of the browning.

I have one of the Norinco ATD's, and its actually a pretty good gun.  It has been very reliable, and accuracy hasn't been bad with bulk ammo.  I really like being able to break the gun down, and wouldn't hesitate in buying another if the price was right.
