I think sexual sin is more rampant today for several reasons. One is lack of dicipline. It takes dicipline to not be lured into adultry, or any other sexual sin. Another is the lack of God respecting people in America. Another is the "me" generation, starting with my generation. "If it feels good, do it". Whatever "feels good". It is just like freedom and liberty. It takes work, diligence, and respect for the constitution, to make our system work. Without it, government begins to unravel or becomes dictatorial. It takes dicipline, respect, and work, to make a marriage succeed. If pediphilia and homosexuality were treated as sins as they are, not brushed under the rug, like Sanduski, and put back in the closet, we would have less of it.
Homosexuality increased after WWII because when someone in the military was found to be gay, they were kicked out of the service. In the Pacific, they were all dumped in San Francisco. In the Atlantic, in several places, but dumped out of the service. From there among their own, they grew and got week minded and diciplined others to join them.
In Holywood, adultry, divorce, etc, was glamorized, thus leading to a rise in the porn industry. In my youth dirty mags were hidden from view and one had to ask for them and many mom and pop stores didn't carry trashy mags. Today they are everywhere. Porn can lead to rape and murder. The serial killer that was executed in Florida a few years back and interviewed by Dr. Dobson from "Focus on the Family" said he got started by reading porn at about 12-13. He raped a girl at about 16, and then later he raped and killed one, because of the intense sexual urges from reading porn. He wanted Dr. Dobson to tell the story after his execution because he said the mainstream media would either dismiss it and ignore it.
