What case for extra barrels?

Ok, I really don't like my rifle cases to be much longer than necessary.  I have a half dozen soft cases that are only 38" long and they work well for my Handi's.  But I need to find something for the extra barrels.  Mine seem to run about 25/26" long with the scope.  I don't want to throw one into a 38" case and have it slide around all over.  I thought I had it solved when I saw some cases for extra TC barrels but they are only 25" total outside to outside.  That might work for a couple with real short scopes on, but will not for most of them.  Any ideas?  44 Man

Try looking at some Pool Cue Cases at your local shops .They are available in several different lengths and styles including hard and soft.

I'm currently using "gun-socks" for my two accessory barrels - one from an old shooting mag renewal and one from Cabelas.
However, Bore-stores makes an awfully nice, fairly heavy "pocket", almost like boiled wool.  I have a couple for pistols.
