Long time Herrett(both)shooter here. Either one are great choices when you're talking 10" barrels. My first thought is H335 is a little slow for the 357Herrett, but, I would have said the same thing about the 30 and you're already using it with success....sooo...
I had the "Complete Reloading Manual for the Contender" at hand so I looked up 357Herrett....no data for H335 with any bullet weight. The closest thing to it was a small amount of data for H322 with the heaviest of bullets. My favorite powder for the big 357 has always been IMR4227 with H4227 a close 2nd, especially on the light weight bullet end and I would consider a 158gr light weight in the Herrett. I have nearly always shot light jacketed bullets in the 357 Herrett and heavy cast bulletts in the 357Max

....Yup!!
My alltime favorite load is the old obsolite 150CLSP REM over a little less than max charge of IMR4227. Lots of bambies haven't cared much for it over the years
