I do a 4.6 km walk everyday still pretty slow at 1h and 15Min. Thanks the lord
I can walk and hunt again, the speed is not all that important anymore at my age. I have added 0.25km to my walk, the new distance is 4.85km that is about 3 miles. What counts is 7x3= 21miles a week. Yes I am a very happy camper again.
