Just use prudent handloading procedures as normal. I would recommend choosing a powder that has good velocity but with lower pressures, Handi's tend to stick brass and fail to eject if you approach max loads, particularly in the .243, a predictable result of frame flex with higher pressures, kind of a built in failsafe!! If you have the superlight, keep the barrel cool, it will heat up fast, groups tend to get big. I'm sure you'll get some load recommendations for it from those that handload for it, I've had real good results with Federal 95gr Fusion and 100gr Power-shoks.
