I'm thinking the dumbass got himself shot. Did not want to implicate someone so came up with a tree shooting. Who in the hell goes target practicing at 0430?


Drunk might cover this too I suppose. This is then the unluckiest SOB walking. He better have supervision in the shower, case he starts drowning.

......and in an update to this report: Local authorities have decided not to press charges against the tree, citing the Iowa "Stand Your Ground" law! ;)
