Thanks for remembering that Tim, I couldn't remember the actual name.  I ordered mine from Amazon (believe it or not) and it was only $7 (ordered a DVD for my wife's birthday and got free shipping) and couldn't remember the actual name.

I bought my first handi 3 years ago after Mississippi started allowing use of 45-70s during primitive weapon season.  I found this website and purchased it from a member on here.  It is an ultra with a factory installed BC "32 barrel.  I put a scope on it the day I picked it up and took it to the range.  It was shooting 1 1/2" groups with factory ammo without me doing anything to it.  I've killed five deer with it (three this year) and this season it's all I hunted with.  I love the 45-70  so much I just bought the stainless model that came out last year.  I wanted something lighter to tote around in the woods and not as clumsy in the treestand, plus it's a really pretty gun.  I haven't got to shoot it yet, but I'm sure it's gonna do just as well as my BC.  And the BC is not for sale.
