IIRC, New England Custom Gun (NECG) and XS Express both make clamp-on receiver peep sights that attach to Weaver-style bases.
A side-mounted peep, especially the Lyman, allows easy staff removal/replacement with return-to-zero features - allowing scope use with the peep's removal, and vice-versa.
The folding tang sight does the same, without sight staff removal.
Another, less graceful, option is to use scope rings that have open front & rear sights built into their upper ring halves - allowing emergency sighting over the top of the scope.
