Americans killed by cuban military/police

I just heard about this.
Supposedly allegedly a group of Americans
were shot and killed after popping
some rounds at cuban military/police
( I don't know which exactly. Maybe
they're the same) while piloting a
"speedboat " in off-limits cuban territory.

I haven't found much of any details so
far. Might be a bunch of hooey. I don't
have a clue except that there's no details
available right now

The boat was registered in Florida, but I haven’t heard it was crewed by Americans. My uneducated guess is that the boat was stolen by drug runners, and the Cubans beat us to them.
