I'm a no-skill kinda fisherman with a big box of nitecrawlers. I'm gonna be in Holmen this Sunday and Monday at a silhouette match, and thought I'd ask for advice. A place to camp would be a plus. Thanks!

where is the match? Â holmen rod and gun? Â if so, Â go up the road to the trempleau dam on the mississippi river. Â you never know what you will catch there. Â anyone at the match can give you directions there. Â also, the black river runs under a bridge right by the holmen rod and gun club. Â just go under the bridge and start fishing..

I fished Trampleau, caught a bunch of bass, none over 14". Had a lot of fun, though! Thanks!
