Has anyone used the Limbsaver barrel de-resonator? If so does it work? Thoughts etc?

belave it or not i have one just haven shoot with it yet too cold here in pa
but about 12 people told me how good it helped
so for 14$ i went an got one an if i dont like it ill take it back lol

I had a few buddy's try it and said it made there groups worse. I am glad I did not try one, plus they look ugly on a nice gun.

I did read an article on another web site that tested the Sims version, and from those post it showed that some guns did better and some did worse.

So, I think it's probably like buying bullets. Some guns like Hornady's some guns like speer and some like Nosler.

Like you say, give it a try and see what it does. If it works, great, if not, you are out the shipping cost....but you can't blame a guy who goes down in flames for tryin!

Go to http://www.bellmtcs.com/store/index.php?cid=125 for a discussion of the subject. It appears that deresonators usually make things worse.
